Let people do things in their own time

– In Your Own Time, Keane –

I’m an eternal optimist. Always have been, always will be. I have always seen the best in people, and always see their highest potential from the get go. I always see their light. The tricky thing is, they don’t always see what I see . . . .

There’s one very special person in my life who I have known from a very young age would be an incredibly successful author. She has always had an incredible gift for writing and a fantastic imagination. I told her a long, long time ago that I saw this future for her, but it was just too overwhelming for her to get her beautiful head around, and she never believed me.  So I gave up encouraging her and trusted that if it was meant to be, it would happen.

I’d be lying if I said that I wasn’t frustrated or even a little sad that she wasn’t living up to her potential and using the gifts that she had been given, but this is something I have had to come to terms with in my life.

The good news is, she has started writing, and a book is on its way. It might be ten years after I realised that this was her destiny, but better late than never right?

We can have the best intentions for people in our lives. We can see their gold and the light that is shining right inside of them, but we can’t reach in and turn it up for them. They have to do that for themselves. And we must accept that. We must also accept that we can’t rush them, we can’t push them, we can’t force them, nor can we cajole them. And even more importantly, we must also accept that they may never live up to their potential. Which is probably the hardest one of all for me.

There is another very special person in my life, and I know that they are on this planet to do the most spectacular things. They are wise, creative and gifted beyond comprehension, but they just aren’t ready to embrace their gifts and talents, and perhaps never will. And they may never embrace the spiritual world that is here to help them cultivate their gifts and co-create with them.

I think it is one of the hardest things in life for me to meet people whom I know aren’t living their truth. People who aren’t following their life path or their purpose. People who aren’t using the incredible gifts and talents that they have been given. It makes me sad and frustrated. However, I’m learning more and more every day to let this go, and allow people to find these things out for themselves in their own time, or perhaps not at all.

I also hope and wish that one day I will find a beautiful partner who is aware of what they’re here to do, their gifts and talents and are living on purpose and walking their life path with hope, love, peace and joy. That would make me very happy indeed.

I’m also so incredibly happy and grateful that Numerology came into my life, because it is the most wonderful way to learn all of these things about you. Your Numerology chart is pretty much your cheat sheet for life. A Blueprint for everything that is awesome about you, your gifts, talents, your life path, what makes your heart sing, what your personality is, what your ultimate life purpose is and what themes lie ahead for you.

And for all the people I meet who aren’t living their truth, I take comfort and joy and excitement in the people who come to me for a reading, because these are the people who are ready. These are the people who are ready to do what they came here to do.

My darlings, don’t be afraid to look inside for your light. Don’t be afraid to reach in and turn it up as brightly as you can. Don’t be afraid of how bright your own light can shine, because the brighter you shine, the more you will inspire others to do the same.

Write that book. Start that business. Paint that painting. Make that change. Do what you came here to do. Use the beautiful gifts that you were given.

Sending you love, hugs and light my beautiful friends,

‘Take a step back, evaluate what is important, and enjoy life’

– Terri Garr –

It’s been a while my lovelies. I’m so sorry. There have been a lot of shifts and changes that have been happening in my life over the last few months and I haven’t felt in the right space to share them.

Just to bring you up to speed, I’ll give you a quick list, so you know what has been going on in my world:

  • I’ve moved back to Manly
  • I’ve broken up with my boyfriend Darren
  • Despite breaking up, Darren and I have decided to start a business together (Katkin)
  • We’ve put in and received the first order of t-shirts and totes for Katkin
  • My beautiful sister has fallen pregnant
  • I have started to heal my eyes naturally using Ortho-K lenses
  • I’ve acquired some beautiful new clients through Thought Cloud
  • I’ve been invited to collaborate with Soul Sessions at a new event they are launching called Think, Feel and Grow Rich
  • I’ve started a Shamanic Journey course
  • I’ve learnt what two of my totem animals are
  • I’ve done two Full Moon Sound Healing sessions with the amazing Mr Matt Omo
  • I’ve saved $4,200 and am successfully following T Harv Eker’s financial pot principles that I mentioned in a previous blog post
  • I’ve started listening to the epicly awesome Mood Booster playlist on Spotify
  • And have completely and utterly fallen in love with Coldplay’s new song Magic from their upcoming album, Ghost Stories, which will be out on 19 May (very exciting!!)

And the bottom line as to why I haven’t written my blog for what seems like ever, is because Darren subscribes to this blog (although I’m not entirely sure whether he ever reads it, maybe I’ll find out once I have written this!), but because of everything that has been going on between us over the last 3 months, I haven’t wanted to write my blog. And the main reason is that when I write, I write the truth, and if I had written my blog, I would have worried about him reading how I was truly feeling and what was going on for me, so I thought it better to not write at all, rather than writing, but not sharing the whole truth (considering my blog is about inspiring people to live a life of truth, peace and love).

So, with that out of the way, I’m glad to be back. Every now and then I take time away from my blog and it actually feels good. But I do miss writing and I miss the consistency of sharing, so I’m going to do my very best to write more frequently.

I have also recently been getting some very positive and complimentary feedback from people about my blog and the content of what I share and how inspiring it is. So I feel as though it is very important for me to be continuing to write and share what’s happening in my life and what I’m learning as I go. Because even if I help or inspire one other person, it’s worth writing.

So, once again, so sorry for being away for so long. Thank you for your patience and thank you for still being there to read this.

I love you, I hope all is well in your world and I look forward to sharing more with you.

Feel free to share any updates in your beautiful world, thoughts and feelings in the comments box below.

Love, hugs and light,

Kat x x x

P.S.

I’m sure I will be sharing more on the list of things I’ve updated you on above as time goes by. There’s a lot to fill you in on . . . . 🙂

You’re an eagle not a chicken

Eaglenotchicken

‘To live and let live is to live and live free.’

– Eldon Taylor –

I’ve just finished reading a fantastic new book by a lovely guy called Eldon Taylor called Choices and Illusions and it is a fantastic explanation of how we have unwittingly taken on beliefs that are not ours and that have been fed to us through the media, advertising and other channels (the illusions) and explains that we do indeed have the ability to make conscious decisions about how we would like our lives to be (the choices).

And there is a great story in his book, which demonstrates that despite the fact that we are all born with the ability of an eagle, we are raised with the limitations of thinking that we are chickens.

I found a YouTube video of Eldon telling the story too if you would like to watch it.

I started to have the realisation that I was indeed an eagle, rather than a chicken when I did a weekend seminar in Sydney last year called Live It Now. It started to shine a light on a whole set of limiting beliefs that I didn’t even realise I had been carrying around with me. And I started to realise that a lot of the things I thought about myself, others and the world weren’t in fact my own thoughts, but programming that I had subconsciously picked up throughout my life. Nothing that I had done wrong, but that I had been in a hypnotic trance for the majority of my life, believing that I wasn’t good enough, clever enough, knew enough, the list goes on . . . .

It was during this weekend that I began to connect more with my true self. The self that is a limitless being. A spirit having a human experience. The all-seeing and all-knowing. Someone who has peace and love in their hearts and who only wants to good in this world. And in order to really be that true authentic self I needed to start to become aware of the illusions, let them go and start making my own choices.

At the time I was working for Rupert Murdoch’s News Limited Group and within 3 months of taking the course I left the company to start my own. I no longer watch or read the news, nor do I pay attention to mainstream advertising or marketing.

I decided that I wanted to take everything that I had come to know about marketing and branding and use it for the Greater Good, helping people who have a product or service that is going to benefit humankind or the planet tell their story and attract people who think and feel the same way they do.

I am also writing a book that compliments what I do and shines a light on conscious brands all over the world who exist to make a positive difference.

I have had to smash through illusion after illusion, limiting belief after limiting belief, including those around whether someone would even want to read a blog I have written or a book I have put together.

Now, I can’t even imagine not having started my blog or my book, because I have had such positive feedback and love from the Universe.

Eldon’s book serves to bring our awareness to the illusions that are present in our lives and have us realise that we are indeed not a chicken, but an eagle. And once we have realised we are an eagle, his book then serves to educate and inspire us as to how we can settle into that which we have always been and make conscious choices so we can live the life that has always been available to us, we just didn’t know it. He encourages us to ‘live into ourselves‘ which is something I strive to do in every moment of every day.

A quote from Eldon’s book –

‘You are not here merely to make a living. You are here in order to enable the world to live more amply, with greater vision, with a finer spirit of hope and achievement.

You are here to enrich the world, and you impoverish yourself if you forget this errand.’

– Woodrow Wilson –

So my thought for the day is this. How much of your life are you spending as a chicken or an eagle? How much time do you spend listening to other chickens vs finding other eagles to soar with? How aware are you of the choices available to you in your life vs the illusions and limitations that have been programmed into your mind by others?

I realised that I was an eagle about 18 months ago and I have been spending every day since learning to fly with other eagles and letting the chicken lie go. You’re an eagle not a chicken, all you need to do is choose which life you’d like to live.

Dare to dream

poetic-sense-dream-wall-1

“It’s the possibility of having a dream come true that makes life interesting.”

– Paolo Coelho, The Alchemist –

I’m currently re-reading The Alchemist for the second time in my life. Reading books twice is not something that I have tended to do, however I have just re-read James Redfield’s The Celestine Prophecy and Antoine De Saint-Exupery’s The Little Prince. These are all books that I first read in my mid-twenties. And it seems that now I am reading them with fresh eyes, noticing things and meanings that were not apparent to me before.

And so, the inspiration for today’s blog post is about the importance of dreams.

At the beginning of the year, I had a dream to write and publish a book this year.

For me, it was a pretty wild dream. Exciting, but a little scary at the same time.

What if no one wanted to read it? What if no one cared what I had to say? What if people didn’t like my writing style? What if I couldn’t find enough words to fill enough pages to make a book? What if I ran out of ideas? What if it just wasn’t good enough?

I could go on . . .

However, it was the dream, the idea, the desire to write a book, that spurred me on. It’s something I have never done. Most people talk all their lives about writing a book, but never actually do.

So I found a course that would help me to write a book. And I started the course back in March. And I started writing the book. Then I stopped. It didn’t feel right. So I started writing another book. The beginning of that book didn’t feel right either, so I changed direction. Now I am 12,500 words into my second book and I haven’t written anything for weeks. Why? Because I haven’t felt to. Why? Because I couldn’t remember why I was writing the book.

Was I writing it for the prestige? No. Was I writing it to benefit me in business? No. Was I writing it because I wanted to write a book? Maybe. I couldn’t work out why I was writing the book, and so therefore, if I wasn’t clear on the purpose of writing it, why the heck should I write it?

And then I watched the beginning of a talk that David Icke gave at Wembley Arena a few years ago entitled ‘Remember Who You Are‘. Now, it might be a little confronting to some people, but in essence he has a powerful message about the importance of taking back your power and deciding to raise your consciousness. This comes in the form of making better decisions about how you live your life, interact with the reality we have created and what we put in our bodies and our minds.

And I felt a very strong urge to start writing my book again. I was reminded that I wanted to write my book, for no other reason than to spread the good word and message about the importance of being conscious. And quite specifically, being conscious in how we set up and run our businesses and create brands.

I remembered that the entire reason I have set up my business is to inspire and educate people about the importance of being clear on your WHY and the importance of living a conscious life, and (if you run one) having a conscious business. And my book aims to shine a light on all of the wonderful beings on the planet who are doing just that, to act as beacons of inspiration for others. To show them that there is another way of doing things and being.

And I was also reminded that writing a book has nothing to do with what comes at the end, because really there is no end. You write a book, you publish it, you make it available for people to buy, you hold a launch party, you tell people that it exists, and that’s that. Then what? Write another? Wait for everyone to tell you how amazing you are for having written it? Make lots of money, because people think you’re more credible now that you have written a book on a subject? Then what? If you’re writing a book for any other reason than the fact that you would love to, then you’re writing it for the wrong reason.

For me, I have realised, it is about the message and it is about the journey. Which is what essentially every experience in our lives is about. It’s about ‘the possibility of the dream coming true that makes life interesting.’

It’s the possibility of writing and publishing a book that makes life interesting for me. Therefore, the only reason I should write a book is if I feel to do so. If it would bring me happiness and joy in the moment and in the process and the journey of writing a book. And I believe it would.

At the same time I would get to interact with some pretty amazing people, I would enjoy the very process of writing (which I do), the process of getting the cover designed, the book edited, the entire thing laid out and then printed. And that is the reason to write a book. For me. And if anyone else benefits in the process (which I hope they would), then awesome. And in essence, I am everyone, as I am an infinite being in the Universe, so we all get to enjoy the journey.

Now, that I am clear on my WHY, I feel inspired to finish my book. And furthermore, I hope I may have inspired others through the truth of this post who may be considering writing a book, or are struggling with writers block with a book they have already started.

Write a book for you. Write a book because you would love to. Write a book because you feel you have something to share. Write a book because you know you will enjoy the experience. Because the moment you make it about anything other than that, the meaning will be gone, as will the impetus to write it.

Hope this is helpful to you all my darlings.

Sending you lots of love and light,

Kat x x x

Do what you love (Part 2)

‘Find something you are passionate about and keep tremendously interested in it.’

– Julia Child –

A few months ago I wrote a blog post entitled ‘Do what you love (Part 1). Today I feel inspired to write a follow up to it, because intuitively, that is the feeling I had for the subject of my blog post when I woke up this morning.

As I mentioned yesterday, I haven’t written blog posts for the last couple of weeks. I’m not entirely sure why and can’t explain this, but yesterday was the first time in a little while that I felt to write.

I must say, the Universe responded in the most beautiful and perfect way, to reinforce how important it is for me to be writing and sharing. My post had 30 likes, 7 comments, I picked up quite a few new followers and I had the best stat day I have had in the last month or so.

And furthermore, I wrote the post, without any expectation or agenda. I just wrote it from my heart, put it out into the Universe openly and honestly, and most importantly, I enjoyed the process. I enjoyed writing the post, and I enjoyed sharing my thoughts and feelings.

It just reminded me of how important it is to a) follow the feeling and your intuition (the feeling that I had to write yesterday) b) be present in the moment without expectation or agenda and c) do what I love. I love to write, I love to share and I love to help.

Find-something-you-are-passionate-about-and-keep-tremendously-interested-in-it-Julia-Child-quote-passionate-inspirational-quotes

Secondly I ran a workshop last night at our local Meet Up Group ‘Manly Entrepreneurs‘ on Conscious Branding. I was so humbled to be talking to a room of 40+ people about branding and we worked collaboratively to define the values of the ‘Manly Entrepreneurs‘ brand.

Initially I was a little nervous about speaking to a group of people about what I do as it is the first time I have done this since starting my company a year or so ago, but I’m so glad I did. Everyone appreciated the talk, enjoyed the content that I shared and most importantly they loved contributing to creating the brand together.

Holding this event made me feel alive, connected, happy, joyful and present. I was so happy to share my knowledge and apply it to something that I like so much.

So, the thought for the day is this. Are you filling your life with things that you love, and if not, how can you start to? In Part 1, I talk about a ‘Do what you love’ that I have on my fridge which is a constant reminder for me to fill my life with things that I love and that make me happy. Why not write one and stick it on your fridge?

Sending you lots of love, hugs and light,

Kat x x x

Do what you love (Part 1)

Fill your life with things you love

Create a life of love

Createalifeoflove

“Creating a life that reflects your values and satisfies your soul is a rare achievement. In a culture that relentlessly promotes avarice and excess as the good life, a person happy doing his own work is usually considered an eccentric, if not a subversive. Ambition is only understood if it’s to rise to the top of some imaginary ladder of success.

Someone who takes an undemanding job because it affords him the time to pursue other interests and activities is considered a flake. A person who abandons a career in order to stay home and raise children is considered not to be living up to his potential-as if a job title and salary are the sole measure of human worth.

You’ll be told in a hundred ways, some subtle and some not, to keep climbing, and never be satisfied with where you are, who you are, and what you’re doing. There are a million ways to sell yourself out, and I guarantee you’ll hear about them.

To invent your own life’s meaning is not easy, but it’s still allowed, and I think you’ll be happier for the trouble.”

– Bill Watterson –

Some of you may or may not have noticed that I haven’t written a blog post in a little while. I’m not entirely sure why this is, apart from the fact that I haven’t felt like writing a post. And it’s not for lack of inspiration either. Every day, inspiration comes to me from so many different directions, I feel as though I could pen at least 10 posts in a day sometimes.

However, for whatever reason, I haven’t felt like putting fingers to keyboard.

Today, I do. And as I write these words, I’m just going to share what I’m thinking and feeling in this present moment, and allow the purpose and intention of the post to come to me intuitively.

I love to write. I love to share what I’m learning in the spiritual, metaphysical and New Thought space. And I share in the hope that whatever has inspired me, or educated me, whether it be a film, a book, a quote or a song, may have the same effect for someone else.

And that is the sole (soul) reason or purpose for me writing my blog. I want to inspire people to live a life of truth, peace and love. I want to inspire people to follow their hearts, to do what feels right for them, rather than what they think they ‘should’ do.

I lived so much of my life in an unconscious space, getting up, going to work to do a job that I wasn’t really that fussed about, coming home from work, maybe going out to get drunk to forget about the fact that I wasn’t really that happy with my life. Doing what most 20-somethings do. Or subconsciously creating dramas to detract from the fact that my life didn’t really have any purpose or meaning.

Now, just a couple of years into my 30s, my life couldn’t be any more different. I live in a country where the sun shines more often than not, I live 2 mins from the beach, I run a company doing something that I love and I have a boyfriend who I love very dearly.

My life is filled with things that I love. I am not judging my success by anything or anyone. I’m not climbing a ladder, only to get to the top and find that there’s nothing there. No longer am I worried about what the future holds, I just let every day unfold, moment by moment, minute by minute, hour by hour.

And my blog is here to act as a reminder, a hint, a tip, a nudge or a warm embrace for those who want to live a life of truth, peace and love.

It is possible. All you need to do is follow your heart, follow the feeling, and live from a place of love.

And as Seth Godin eloquently puts it:

‘Instead of wondering when your next vacation is, maybe you should set up a life you don’t need to escape.’

Sending you lots of love, hugs and light,

Kat x x x

So I’ve been here in LA for 6 days now and I have 3 left. It has been the most amazing trip so far, and I know that there are still some very wonderful times to come.

I came out here on a feeling. If you were to ask me for a logical or rational expectation as to why I felt the need to leave Sydney for LA, I wouldn’t be able to give you one. Some would call it a wild goose chase, others would say I was following my intuition. Either way, I’m really glad that I came.

Here are some of the photos that I’ve taken while I’ve been here.

yum!

I have already had some wonderful experiences (as you can see), met some very lovely people, and made some fantastic connections that I know will be helpful to me in my life. How and when I don’t know, but that is irrelevant.

I have also had some time to reflect and gain further clarity on some things in my life, which I would like to share. I started writing these down as I was having dinner earlier tonight at the most beautiful organic, vegan restaurant on Sunset Boulevard, and I’d like to include the list here.

1. I love my boyfriend very much. It’s true that I have missed him while I have been away, but not in the way that I have missed other boyfriends in the past. I have missed him, but without attachment. And moreover, I love him so very much for supporting me with the feeling that I had to come to LA from the beginning, around a month or so ago. Never once did he question why, or what for, he just simply supported me. And when I asked him initially if he thought I was crazy to feel the need to go based on my intuition, he simply replied that if I felt the need to go, I should go. I am so very grateful and blessed for his unconditional love and support.

2. I love yoga. I have only recently started getting back into yoga after having a bit of a hiatus for quite a few months. I started doing yoga a week or so before I left and I have kept up my practice in both Marina Del Rey (at the Yoga Nest) and now while I’m here in Silverlake One Down Dog at . And I must say it has been so transformative for me. Not only has it helped me to feel good on the inside and out, but it has helped me maintain a calm, peaceful and loving state of mind and help me to create the space needed to receive everything that the Universe has been giving to me while I am in LA, without me getting in the way.

3. I have the feeling to go to India next. Once again, don’t ask me why, but I feel as though that is the next country that I need to visit.

4. I’m very grateful for all of the wonderful case study examples that I have come across here in LA to use in the book I’m writing on conscious brands. I feel as though I’m surrounded by conscious companies that are doing so much good in the world.

5. I’m excited to start a new conscious clothing project. It’s taken me a few months to build up the courage to start this, but when I get back to Sydney I’m reading to kick things off big style.

And so, my thought for you today is this, are you following your truth in life? Are you letting you heart guide you or your head? Is there are feeling that you have inside of you to do something or go somewhere that you have been ignore? What’s the worst that would happen if you decided to follow that feeling and do what feels true for you? What if there was no good or bad, no right or wrong? How would you make decisions differently?

My goal for every day at the moment is to be as loving, joyful and peaceful a being as I can possibly be. And show gratitude for every wonderful moment that I experience, while following my truth on this incredible planet we call earth.

Sending you lots of love, hugs and light,

Take time out

time-out-bench1

Sometimes it’s important to work for that pot of gold. But other times it’s essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow.

– Douglas Pagels, These Are the Gifts I’d Like to Give to You –

Some of you may have noticed that I haven’t written a blog post for just over a week now, and that’s because I decided to take a little rest and a little time out from my blog.

I’m not entirely sure why I did this, but for some reason over the last week or so, I haven’t felt inspired to write. Not that I’ve had writers block or anything, but I just haven’t felt like putting fingers to keyboard. And also, not for lack of content or ideas for my posts either.

I almost definitely could have written a tonne of posts about all kinds of things.

However, this post’s message is about the importance of rest. The importance of taking time out, even from the things that you love the most. Because when you come back to them, you’re recharged and ready to go.

I think it’s so easy to fill our lives with habits and rituals, feeling the need to do the same thing every day, because that’s what we’ve always done before.

I started my blog back in the middle of March and I am very proud to say that through a dedicated writing practicing of blogging pretty much every day I have 107 posts under my happy little belt. However, there is also a lot to be said for writing and sharing something when you are inspired.

It’s very important for me to only share a post when I know it will be inspirational, uplifting, positive and that it will help people in some way shape or form. And this is why I have decided to have a little rest. To take some time out from my blog. Have a little holiday from it so to speak.

Hopefully, it will mean that I’ll come back to my blog, renewed, refreshed, with new ideas and thoughts to share with you, my beautiful readers.

So, my thought for you today is this, what do you need to take time out from in your life? Maybe you’ve been overdoing it in a particular area and it’s time to have a little rest. Maybe it’s something that you love, and you’ve had a little too much, and you need to take a step back, so that when you return to it, you appreciate it even more than you did before. Either way, it’s fine to take time out and take a rest from time to time.

Sending you lots of love, hugs and light,

Kat x x x

How can I improve my blog?

Kaizen

Japanese for ‘improvement’ or ‘change for the better’.

A philosophy or practice that focusses on continuous improvement.

So I have been thinking about writing a post on this for the last couple of days, and I am therefore going to practice what I preach, follow my intuition and do what feels right.

And what feels right is to ask you guys for feedback on my blog.

I have been writing it for just over 3 months now, I have over 100 followers (which I am so incredibly humbled by), I have had nearly 5000 views and I have written over 80 posts. I am absolutely LOVING writing it and sharing my thoughts, ideas, learnings, the pieces of the puzzle that is my journey and my quest to live a life full of love.

Therefore, considering that I write this blog for both me and you, and in turn the Universe, which once again is you and me, because we are all one, and all connected, I’d like to ask you for your feedback, thoughts and ideas about how I can make it even better.

I have created a short and simple survey with Survey Monkey (an amazingly easy and free online tool to use if you want to gather people’s opinions on something) and I would absolutely LOVE it if you could fill it out and let me know how I can make my blog even better.

All you need to do is click on this link and fill out my short survey.

There are only 5 short questions and it won’t take more than a few minutes to fill it out and it will help me to make my blog even better, more valuable and interesting for you to read!

I’ll share the results to the survey in a blog post next week and I promise to apply all of the feedback, thoughts and ideas that you share with me.

Write 750 words a day (Part 2)

“Start writing, no matter what. The water does not flow until the faucet is turned on.”

– Louis L’Amour –

I wrote a blog post yesterday on the importance of writing every day, and I’m still feeling the urge to write about it today, so I thought I would write a part 2 to that blog post.

So, I have just completed my 750 words for the day at 750words.com and I feel great. I’m also excited to write this blog post, and probably another 2000-4000 words for the book that I am writing at the moment too. And I aim to have all of that done by lunch time, so that I can go out and have an enjoyable afternoon bush walk with Darren.

Especially, because we went on a hike yesterday called the Resolute Loop (about an hour from Sydney) and saw a Wallaby, a snake, a Kookaburra, some turkeys and a Lyre bird.

Today the plan is to do the Spit to Manly walk. One of the best half day walks to do in and around Sydney.

And, before I go on a complete tangent, I just wanted to tell you about a few other cool features that I have found on 750words.com to incentivise you to write every day. Badges.

Streak badges

You can get streak badges for writing for a certain number of days in a row. For example, I have just won the turkey for writing my 750 words for 3 days straight.

Behaviour badges

You can get behaviour badges for how you write. For example, you can get a Cheetah badge for writing for 10 days in a row and finishing your words in less than 20 minutes. Or you can get a Hamster badge for writing for 10 days in a row with no distractions.

Being the game geek that I was growing up, and for my slightly competitive streak, I’m excited to earn some of these badges. And the brilliant thing is, it will only help me get better and better at writing. Win win win!

So, once again, I cannot recommend 750words.com highly enough to anyone wanting to improve their writing style, stop procrastinating when it comes to writing, get back into the habit of writing or start to build their confidence in writing for a blog or a book.

Start using 750 Words, you won’t regret it!

Have a wonderful day.

Sending you lots of love, hugs and light.
