‘Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve.’

-Napoleon Hill –

WOW. This is literally one of the most fantastic books I have ever read, and I’m among good company as it has sold over 20 million copies worldwide. There is was too much to say about how brilliant the contents of this book is, so first and fore-mostly I will say, if you haven’t read this book yet, I can highly recommend it.

Secondly, I will attempt to summarise why it is indeed so fantastic.

This book will give you the secret to making money and being abundantly successful in life. It will give you practical advice, steps and tools to follow and it will give you real life examples of people who have followed the success principles that Napoleon Hill outlines to achieve financial abundance in their lives.

He also explains how powerful our thoughts are, and when used correctly and positively can be used to manifest incredible things in our life (including money). And he explains the importance of working with (as Napoleon refers to it) Universal Intelligence in order to manifest our hearts desires.

This book is the bible when it comes to making money. And when the guidelines given are received, accepted, believed and acted upon, to the letter, only good will come to the people who read it. Literally anything is possible in life.

And in the book, he outlines 13 Steps to follow in order to achieve riches in life:

  1. Desire: The Starting Point of all Achievement
  2. Faith: Visualizing and Believing in the Attainment of Desire
  3. Autosuggestion: The Medium for Influencing the Subconscious Mind
  4. Specialized KnowledgeL Personal Experience or Observations
  5. Imagination: The Workshop of the Mind
  6. Organized Planning: The Crystallization of Desire into Action
  7. Decision: The Mastery of Procrastination
  8. Persistence: The Sustained Effort Necessary to Induce Faith
  9. Power of the Master Mind: The Driving Force
  10. The Myster of Sex Transmutation
  11. The Subconscious Mind: The Connecting Link
  12. The Brain: A Broadcasting and Receiving Station for Thought
  13. The Sixth Sense: The Door to the Temple of Wisdom

I was interviewed at an event last weekend in Sydney run by the beautiful people at Soul Sessions called ‘Think Feel & Grow Rich‘ alongside the very wonderful Justine Ruszczyk, where we discussed in more detail how people can apply the principles that Napoleon discusses in his book in real life.

I spoke in detail about the importance of having a definite chief aim and how, what I do through my company Thought Cloud, can help people get very clear on this in relation to their brand. When you are clear on your values, your mission, your vision, what you do, why you do it and who you do it for, its much easier to manifest and create a business that you love and that brings abundance back to you in equal measure to what you offer to the world.

Justine spoke at length and in detail about the neuroscience, quantum physics and epigenetics that is now available to us, that supports the principles he discusses in his book. And the fact that our thoughts really do create our reality, and that we all have the ability to take control of our mind and have it work for us in a positive manner, rather than it controlling us and out lives.

Justine has studied under world renowned neuroscientist and author, Dr Joe Dispenza and is responsible for bringing his work to Australia, and there is a really great interview between Soul Session founder Eloise King and Joe which you might enjoy.

He is also about to release a fantastic new book on Self Healing entitled ‘You Are The Placebo: Making Your Mind Matter‘ which is due for release on 29 April.

you-are-the-placebo

And for those of you who want to get involved with Napoleon Hills work right away, before even reading the book, there is a great 2 hour long video on You Tube that you will enjoy.

So, in conclusion, if you haven’t bought or read this book yet, and you’re wanting to create more wealth and abundance in your life, take the fact that you’re reading this blog post as a sign and run out and get a hold of the book. I promise you from the bottom of my heart, you won’t regret it.

Sending you love, hugs and light,

Dare to dream

poetic-sense-dream-wall-1

“It’s the possibility of having a dream come true that makes life interesting.”

– Paolo Coelho, The Alchemist –

I’m currently re-reading The Alchemist for the second time in my life. Reading books twice is not something that I have tended to do, however I have just re-read James Redfield’s The Celestine Prophecy and Antoine De Saint-Exupery’s The Little Prince. These are all books that I first read in my mid-twenties. And it seems that now I am reading them with fresh eyes, noticing things and meanings that were not apparent to me before.

And so, the inspiration for today’s blog post is about the importance of dreams.

At the beginning of the year, I had a dream to write and publish a book this year.

For me, it was a pretty wild dream. Exciting, but a little scary at the same time.

What if no one wanted to read it? What if no one cared what I had to say? What if people didn’t like my writing style? What if I couldn’t find enough words to fill enough pages to make a book? What if I ran out of ideas? What if it just wasn’t good enough?

I could go on . . .

However, it was the dream, the idea, the desire to write a book, that spurred me on. It’s something I have never done. Most people talk all their lives about writing a book, but never actually do.

So I found a course that would help me to write a book. And I started the course back in March. And I started writing the book. Then I stopped. It didn’t feel right. So I started writing another book. The beginning of that book didn’t feel right either, so I changed direction. Now I am 12,500 words into my second book and I haven’t written anything for weeks. Why? Because I haven’t felt to. Why? Because I couldn’t remember why I was writing the book.

Was I writing it for the prestige? No. Was I writing it to benefit me in business? No. Was I writing it because I wanted to write a book? Maybe. I couldn’t work out why I was writing the book, and so therefore, if I wasn’t clear on the purpose of writing it, why the heck should I write it?

And then I watched the beginning of a talk that David Icke gave at Wembley Arena a few years ago entitled ‘Remember Who You Are‘. Now, it might be a little confronting to some people, but in essence he has a powerful message about the importance of taking back your power and deciding to raise your consciousness. This comes in the form of making better decisions about how you live your life, interact with the reality we have created and what we put in our bodies and our minds.

And I felt a very strong urge to start writing my book again. I was reminded that I wanted to write my book, for no other reason than to spread the good word and message about the importance of being conscious. And quite specifically, being conscious in how we set up and run our businesses and create brands.

I remembered that the entire reason I have set up my business is to inspire and educate people about the importance of being clear on your WHY and the importance of living a conscious life, and (if you run one) having a conscious business. And my book aims to shine a light on all of the wonderful beings on the planet who are doing just that, to act as beacons of inspiration for others. To show them that there is another way of doing things and being.

And I was also reminded that writing a book has nothing to do with what comes at the end, because really there is no end. You write a book, you publish it, you make it available for people to buy, you hold a launch party, you tell people that it exists, and that’s that. Then what? Write another? Wait for everyone to tell you how amazing you are for having written it? Make lots of money, because people think you’re more credible now that you have written a book on a subject? Then what? If you’re writing a book for any other reason than the fact that you would love to, then you’re writing it for the wrong reason.

For me, I have realised, it is about the message and it is about the journey. Which is what essentially every experience in our lives is about. It’s about ‘the possibility of the dream coming true that makes life interesting.’

It’s the possibility of writing and publishing a book that makes life interesting for me. Therefore, the only reason I should write a book is if I feel to do so. If it would bring me happiness and joy in the moment and in the process and the journey of writing a book. And I believe it would.

At the same time I would get to interact with some pretty amazing people, I would enjoy the very process of writing (which I do), the process of getting the cover designed, the book edited, the entire thing laid out and then printed. And that is the reason to write a book. For me. And if anyone else benefits in the process (which I hope they would), then awesome. And in essence, I am everyone, as I am an infinite being in the Universe, so we all get to enjoy the journey.

Now, that I am clear on my WHY, I feel inspired to finish my book. And furthermore, I hope I may have inspired others through the truth of this post who may be considering writing a book, or are struggling with writers block with a book they have already started.

Write a book for you. Write a book because you would love to. Write a book because you feel you have something to share. Write a book because you know you will enjoy the experience. Because the moment you make it about anything other than that, the meaning will be gone, as will the impetus to write it.

Hope this is helpful to you all my darlings.

Sending you lots of love and light,

Kat x x x

Advice on life

437

It seems as though most of my posts recently have been starting, ‘I just watched this awesome video and wanted to share it with you’, so I will continue on that theme today.

I have just watched a fantastic Graduation Speech by the very wonderful and funny comedic, musical genius that is Mr Tim Minchin that he gave recently at the University of Western Australia.

He gives advice to the graduates on life and outlines 8 suggestions throughout his speech:

  1. You don’t have to have a dream
  2. Don’t seek happiness
  3. It’s all luck
  4. Exercise
  5. Be hard on your opinions
  6. Be a teacher
  7. Define yourself by what you love
  8. Respect people with less power than you
  9. Don’t rush

In isolation, they don’t make a whole heap of sense, but in the context of his speech they are poetic, philosophical and really very profound. So if you have a spare 11 minutes today, I can highly recommend indulging them in watching the clip.

This aside I have been having some pretty interesting thoughts and feelings on life myself recently. I have dedicated the last 18 months to starting and running my own business, and despite the fact I have put my heart and soul into making it successful and everything I could wish it to be, things have not been moving in the direction I thought they might.

I’ve struggled to find people who need the services that I offer (conscious brand consulting) and even when I’ve found people who love me and what I do, they haven’t been able to pay me for my services. As such, I have come to the conclusion recently that either there is something that I’m not doing, that I should be doing, or that perhaps it’s just not meant to be.

I still don’t have the absolute and final answer, but I’m pretty close to giving up and admitting defeat. Which is OK.

Either way, I guess the learning that I have is, sometimes you just need to let go. Sometimes you need to stop pushing. Sometimes things don’t work out as you’d hope. Sometimes you need to stop doing what you’re doing. Sometimes you need to allow something to fall away, so that you can create space for something else equally (if not more) wonderful to fill its place.

I have no idea how things will roll with Thought Cloud. All I do know is that I’ve come to terms with the fact that it might be time to allow the final curtain to fall and get ready for the next Act to start. Who knows? I’m just going to allow the Universe to do its work and guide me and be open to whoever and whatever shows up in my life to help me out.

Be fearless. Be trusting. Be resilient. Be open. And allow the Universe to take care of you. It knows more about what is right for you in every moment that you can possibly imagine.

Sending you lots of love,

The Most Astounding Fact About the Universe

stardust

“Science is not only compatible with spirituality; it is a profound source of spirituality.”

– Carl Sagan –

I was first shown this very beautiful video, just a couple of days ago, by a lovely new friend I have recently made, Eloise King. Who is also responsible for having created a fantastic project called Soul Sessions. She shared it with me via her blog, and it brought me to tears.

I have just watched it for a second time, and yet again, I am in tears.

It so perfectly, succinctly and beautifully explains and shows everything that I now know to be true about myself, the Universe, science and spirituality. It is the perfect confluence of so many things that have seemed so separate and unrelated in my life, before now.

The last 8 months have been probably the most informative and transformational in the 32 years and 10 months that I have spent in this body on this planet so far.

I have read books that have introduced me to ideas and concepts I could never have conceived possible. I have learnt about things that bend the very fabric of everything that I thought was true, only to find that a lot of what I have known to be true up until 2013, was merely just an illusion, and that in fact, the truth lies within me, rather than outside of me.

I have learnt that our thoughts create our reality, that the only limitation in what is possible in our lives, is the limit that we put on our own imagination, and that anything that we can conceive, and then believe to be possible, we can achieve.

I have never felt as enlightened and conscious as I do right now yet at the same time I don’t think I have ever faced as many challenges as I have faced. I know everything is interrelated. I know everything happens for a reason. I know that there are no coincidences. And I know that everything will be OK. I know that the Universe has my back, because I am the Universe, as is everyone and everything that exists within my reality. And I have absolute faith that as long as I give positive energy to myself and that which surrounds me, all will be fine.

So this blog post goes out to anyone who might be facing a few challenges in their life at the moment. Those who are feeling a little lost or confused. Those who perhaps feel that luck hasn’t been on their side of late, or that they might have been dealt a tricky hand for the time being.

And I say this to you. I love you. You are beautiful. You are special. You are here for a reason and no matter how difficult you think things might be right now, I promise you that everything will be OK. Everything that has happened in your life up until this point has brought you to right now. Let go of what has gone before, let go of what might be and embrace the now and trust that you are an infinite being, with infinite potential. Don’t be afraid to ask the Universe for help, you might be surprised by what happens. I love you with all my heart. Everything will be fine.

Sending you lots of love and light,

Kat x x x

I am the right brain. I am creativity. A free spirit. I am passion. Yearning. Sensuality. I am the sound of roaring laughter. I am taste. The feeling of sand beneath bare feet. I am movement. Vivid colours. I am the urge to paint on an empty canvas. I am boundless imagination. Art. Poetry. I sense. I feel. I am everything I wanted to be.

I’ve just seen the most fantastic TED talk that I absolutely must share with you all.

It’s by a lady called Jill Bolte Taylor who is a Neuroanatomist who tells the story of what happened to her when she had a stroke in the left side of her brain.

She talks about how the right side of the brain keeps us in the present moment and how the left side is concerned with the past and the future.

She puts forward the idea that if we were to spend more time processing thoughts from the right side of our brain we would be able to spend more time living in the present moment and therefore, be able to more easily experience peace and happiness.

I know that up until very recently I spent the majority of my life living in the left side of my brain. And up until a few years ago, I was very preoccupied with things from the past that I perhaps hadn’t processed and things in the future that I was worried or fearful of.

It is my intention, in every moment of my waking life, to be as present as I can, to experience as much peace, love and joy that I can, and live a life that is true for me.

And I write this blog to help to inspire others to do the same.

Sending you lots of love, hugs and light,

Take care of the pale blue dot

At the moment I am working on my book ‘A Brand New World – 25 ways conscious brands are changing the world for good.’ and interestingly I am manifesting some really beautiful things to inspire me in my writing.

Today I watched the most fantastic TED talk from the brilliant Mr Brian Cox, which I can highly recommend. He puts forward a case for why we need explorers. But more profoundly draws our attention to the importance of taking care of planet earth. By the end of the talk I was in tears.

Brian closes his TED talk with reading a quote from an astronomer, astrophysicist and cosmologist, Carl Sagan’s book ‘Pale Blue Dot‘. Sagan wrote the book after being inspired by a photo taken of earth from 4 billion miles away.

‘From this distant vantage point, the Earth might not seem of any particular interest. But for us, it’s different. Consider again that dot. That’s here. That’s home. That’s us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every “superstar,” every “supreme leader,” every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there – on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam.

The Earth is a very small stage in a vast cosmic arena. Think of the rivers of blood spilled by all those generals and emperors so that in glory and triumph they could become the momentary masters of a fraction of a dot. Think of the endless cruelties visited by the inhabitants of one corner of this pixel on the scarcely distinguishable inhabitants of some other corner. How frequent their misunderstandings, how eager they are to kill one another, how fervent their hatreds. Our posturings, our imagined self-importance, the delusion that we have some privileged position in the universe, are challenged by this point of pale light. Our planet is a lonely speck in the great enveloping cosmic dark. In our obscurity – in all this vastness – there is no hint that help will come from elsewhere to save us from ourselves.

The Earth is the only world known, so far, to harbor life. There is nowhere else, at least in the near future, to which our species could migrate. Visit, yes. Settle, not yet. Like it or not, for the moment, the Earth is where we make our stand. It has been said that astronomy is a humbling and character-building experience. There is perhaps no better demonstration of the folly of human conceits than this distant image of our tiny world. To me, it underscores our responsibility to deal more kindly with one another and to preserve and cherish the pale blue dot, the only home we’ve ever known.’ – Carl Sagan

And it is this idea of taking care of the earth and it’s inhabitants that is at the centre of what my company ‘Thought Cloud‘ and my new book ‘A Brand New World‘ represents.

So the thought for the day is very simple, what are you doing in your every day life to take care of the pale blue dot?

Sending you lots of love, hugs and light,

Kat x x x

It’s time to wake up

Wake-Up-and-Live

“For many who may not even have realized it, the process of awakening has already begun. For some, it may have begun through loss or suffering; for others, through coming into contact with a spiritual teacher or teaching, through reading The Power of Now or some other spiritually alive and therefore transformational book—or any combination of the above.

An essential part of awakening is recognizing the unawakened you, the ego as it thinks, speaks, and acts—as well as the conditioned mental processes that perpetuate that state. You cannot fight against the ego and win; it will trick you into identifying with it again and again. It will take you over, an imposter pretending to be you.

But when you recognize the unconsciousness in you, that is your consciousness awakening. It is the act of recognition itself that is one of the ways in which awakening happens.”

– Eckhart Tolle, A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life’s Purpose –

So I’ve been wrestling with a few pretty profound questions for a while now, all centered around the meaning of life, and our purpose as human beings on this planet.

The questions have most notably arisen, since just before Christmas, after I gained my sponsorship and visa in Australia through Thought Cloud, and interestingly enough, after I discovered that I’m a 22 Life Path and after having my tarot cards read, by my beautiful friend Cat who is a clairvoyant.

Since then I can safely say that I have definitely been on a journey of spiritual awakening and discovery. A journey that I am still enjoying might I add. And I think this is one of the reasons why I decided to start to write a blog, so that I could share all of the wonderful and amazing learning’s that I was gaining. In the hope of spreading the love and discoveries far and wide.

In experiencing what I have been experiencing over the last 6 months in particular, I have definitely felt like I have awoken from a coma. Or perhaps better still, my zombification, has been reversed. And this has actually been a gradual awakening, that actually predates December 2012.

My stopping of watching the news or reading newspapers. My decision to start to eat organic and use toiletries that don’t contain carcinogens or harmful ingredients. My commitment to the word ‘love’ and it’s importance in my day-to-day life. The tattoos I have had done to remind me of this commitment every day, ‘All you need is love’ on my left wrist, ‘Love is all you need’ on my right wrist.

21739_10152193808925123_1493760513_n

And a tattoo of the molecular structure of an Oxytocin molecule on the inside of my right forearm, to remind me of the most beautiful and amazing hormone in the human body, the ‘love’ hormone.

33987_10152572749730123_47573869_n

My decision to leave the corporate world and set up my own company doing what I love (mentoring, marketing and branding). And have that company exist to help others do what they love. I could go on for quite some time with this list . . . .

However, I also feel like it has been coming for quite some time, as do others that I talk to about this awakening. I feel like I’m a volcano that has laid dormant for decades. That has had stuff bubbling up inside of me for a while, and now is the time to erupt. Now is the time to wake up.

I feel like I am really starting to connect with my true self and my destiny. I’m starting to understand for the first time in my life, why I’m here, what my purpose is and how I can live a life full of peace, love, joy and abundance.

And as I continue to further awaken and learn these incredible discoveries, I will be sharing them with you all, my beautiful readers.

So to conclude I will leave you with one fantastic video that I have just watched, that indeed prompted me to write this post. It’s great and further explains the meaning behind and inside this post.

Enjoy.

Lots of love, light and hugs x x x

Awakening (a short film) – from livebeyondtheedge.com

Life’s better with good vibrations

Good-Vibrations

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.”

– Nikola Tesla –

I read a blog post a few months ago about how to raise your vibrations and found it so useful that I thought I would write one of my own.

It’s easy to let things get on top of us, feel overwhelmed or unnecessarily sad or frustrated about life. However it is just as easy to raise our vibrations and start to feel good about things.

And it’s important that we are vibrating at a high frequency, because when that happens, we radiate this positive energy to other people and other things, and then it comes straight back to us karmically.

So, here are my top 10 things to do in order to raise your vibrations:

1. Think positively – think about someone or something you love, visualise it, feel it, fill your entire body with these thoughts and feelings

2. Listen to happy music (and better still, sing along with it) – create a playlist on your iPhone or Android phone full of upbeat music with positive lyrics. I have lots of these and tend to play them full blast in the morning when I’m in the shower and have a good singalong. Among my favourite’s are Florence and the Machine’s ‘Shake it Out’, Ellie Goulding’s ‘Anything Could Happen‘, Mumford & Sons ‘The Cave’, Birds of Tokyo’s ‘Lanterns’ and Coldplay’s ‘Charlie Brown‘.

3. Watch comedy – again, it doesn’t matter what it is. It could be a film, a TV show, a funny clip on You Tube. Anything that will make you laugh and get positive energy flowing around your body.

4. Surround yourself with positive people – Give someone you love a call or meet up with someone for a coffee or a drink who you know will make you feel good. It’s impossible to feel negative when you’re around someone who is vibrating at a high frequency.

5. Exercise – Just 15 minutes of cardiovascular exercise like a brisk walk, bike ride, swim or run will raise your vibrations and have you feeling happier and more positive.

6. Do something nice for someone else – it could be as simple as writing them a nice email to say hello and see how they are, helping someone with a chore, or a random act of kindness towards a stranger. By karmically doing something nice for someone else, it will in turn make you feel happier inside.

7. Have an attitude of gratitude – Write a list of all the things that you are grateful in life, until you can’t write anything else down. Just the act of scanning your life for the things you appreciate in your life will make you feel better and you will naturally start to attract even more wonderful things into your life.

8. Cook and eat something you love that is healthy – When we eat good food that has been made with love we release oxytocin, which is what many refer to as the ‘love’ hormone and naturally makes us feel more positive. Also, the food we eat reflects our mood. So if we are eating organic, healthy food, then we will feel happy and healthy on the inside and out.

9. Tell someone that you love them – Words have power. And the words we think in our head and then say out loud create our reality. In order to have more positivity, happiness and love in our lives we need to fill our heads, thoughts and mouths with these words. The simple act of calling someone or messaging someone that you love them, will naturally fill your body and mind with happiness and love.

10. Do something that you love to do – It doesn’t matter what it is. It could be reading, writing, swimming, yoga, fishing, having a bath, having a massage, dancing, painting, photography, rock climbing, driving, cycling, meditating (the list goes on), but if it is something that you truly love to do, you will naturally raise your vibrations, your heart will fill up with positive energy and you will emit this to The Universe and it will reflect it straight back to you through the energy of the people and things you interact with.

There are many, many more things that you can do to raise your vibrations, but here are just 10 for now. I’m sure I’ll follow this post up with another in due course.

Have fun raising your vibrations my darlings. X x x

We are all connected

Sepration

A human being is part of a whole, called by us the Universe, a part limited in time and space.

He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness.

This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us.

Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circles of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.

– Albert Einstein, 1921 –

Last night I watched I Heart Huckabees for the first time ever and it blew my mind.

To be honest, I had been putting it off for a while, because I knew it would bake my noodle, but I’m glad I finally got around to watching it (JFDI).

It is not only an existential film about metaphysics, the meaning of life, being and everything and nothing, but it is also a film that connects the dots. And it’s a film that makes you think.

It’s a seemingly complex film, and it took me a while to get my head around it, but there are a few conclusions that I drew from it.

We are all connected.

And importantly, when we realise this, and understand that we are all one, by loving and being compassionate to ourselves, we are in turn being loving and compassionate to others.

There are some fantastic quotes that I have found by the Dalai Lama that really help to articulate some of the key themes and messages from the movie:

“When you think everything is someone else’s fault, you will suffer a lot. When you realise that everything springs only from yourself, you will learn both peace and joy.”

“If you don’t love yourself, you cannot love others. You will not be able to love others. If you have no compassion for yourself then you are not able of developing compassion for others.”

“Happiness is not ready-made. It comes from your own actions.”

“Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries, without them, humanity cannot survive.”

There isn’t much more that I feel I can write about the film, without just recommending that you watch it if you’re curious to find out and understand how we are all connected. It’s pretty awesome. Lots of love to you all. x x x

Everything is Energy

albert-einstein-1“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.”

– Albert Einstein –

I love Albert Einstein. I think he is super cool, and even more importantly, it’s his Birthday today, so happy Birthday Albert.

In fact, the guys that made the Back to the Future trilogy loved him so much, they named Doc Brown’s dog after him.

So, what does this all mean? “Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality.”

Have you ever really, really wanted to do something, achieve something or go somewhere, because your heart tells you to? And somehow, for some unbeknown reason, that thing has magically happened? You’ve told yourself it was a coincidence, because that’s the rational explanation for it. But perhaps, there’s more to it than that?

Perhaps, just by following our hearts and doing things that we love and spending time with people we love, life will always find a way to support us. And if, for any reason we bottle it, and make the mistake of listening to our heads instead, or over thinking what we truly desire to do, life will make things harder than they need to be, just to teach a lesson. We should have listened to our hearts and we have an intuition for a reason.

Life is meant to be easy & effortless. It’s meant to just flow. The Universe wants us to live a life of peace, love & joy. It wants us to be happy. And the only reason we get the opposite is because we put our energy into the wrong things. The things we think we ‘should’ be doing, rather than the things we LOVE to do.

So, what energy do you need to put into doing something that you love today? I promise that you’ll be rewarded. Be loving & kind to yourself, you deserve the reality of your dreams.

Love, hugs & light,
