‘Make a commitment to you, to be yourself.’

– Bashar –

Today, I have been watching a fair amount of Bashar. I was first introduced to him about a year ago, by a beautiful friend of mine, Miss Bridget. When I first encountered some of his videos on You Tube I thought he was odd, very shouty and slightly off of his rocker. Now, 12 months later, I am listening to his words of wisdom with a greater understanding and knowing of the truth that he speaks.

The theme of the videos that I have watched today, has been that of how to manifest and create the life you really want.

The clip that has really hit home, is the one that I will share with you in this blog entitled ‘Burn Those Bridges and Never Look Back.’ In essence, he is talking about how, as we’re being provided with challenges and lessons in life, from which to learn, once we have moved through each one, we are given a choice as to whether we want to repeat the lesson or pattern, or whether we want to move past it.

The analogy that he gives is of a bridge. As we move through the challenge we walk across the bridge to the other side. We then have the choice to keep the bridge there and be able to move back to the previous way of living or lower vibration, or instead, burn the bridge behind us, so we can never return.

The analogies that I tend to use in my life are of Neo choosing to take the red pill in The Matrix, or Alice deciding to follow the White Rabbit in the direction of Wonderland. The moment that you take that decision, in essence, it is very difficult (if not impossible) to return or retrace your steps.

There is a wonderful quote that pops up from time to time in my Facebook feed that reinforces this.

1395849_744642745551938_1948390463_n

A teacher of mine (Mr Robert Kirby) recently reinforced this during a training of his that I attended. He talked about how, when we have moved through a challenge or interrupted a pattern that might have been holding us back or limiting us in life in some way, we are tested one last time by the Universe. Or to use Bashar’s analogy of the bridge, we are invited to walk back across the bridge to where we once were.

And in that moment we have a choice. We can walk back across the bridge, and repeat the same negative experience or outcome, or we can burn it.

To bring context to this, I’ll use a recent experience for me as an example.

As I mentioned in my 4 post blog mini series ‘Everything will be OK Parts 1, 2, 3 & 4‘ this year has been particularly challenging for me with regards to my finances and my relationship with money.

At the beginning of 2013 I set the intention to improve that area of my life, and what transpired was the fact that I didn’t make any money for 7 months and received financial help and support from my boyfriend for the duration of that time. Very lucky.

My old pattern with money was that I had a ‘break-even consciousness’ as Robert refers to it. In that the money that came into my account, was equal to the money that went out. I didn’t really save and I didn’t have a financial cushion to speak of.

I made a promise to myself, in the midst of me having no money, that as soon as the money started to come back into my account, I would ensure that I managed it much better, saved some of it, gave some of it to good causes and spent less than I earned.

Sure enough, the money started to flow eventually. I also contribute this to the fact that I did 2 months of intensive energy healing work with Robert, which was nothing short of miraculous.

However, as the money started to flow back into my life, I was managing it in a very different way, and allocating it into different pots, some of which involved saving.

So, what is the relevance of this with regards to this blog post? I was given the opportunity to burn a bridge just a week or so ago.

My beautiful friend invited me to come up to Woodford Folk Festival near Brisbane in Australia. From reading about it, the line up looked awesome (Matt Corby and Gotye to name but a few) and it seemed to be almost like a Aussie Glastonbury (one of my favourite festivals and indeed places on the planet). It was going to cost around $500 for a ticket and another $500 for a flight and spending money to get up there. So, not a cheap trip. But it would be SO MUCH FUN! And such a wonderful way to end the year and see in 2014.

However, I was also saving for a deposit and rent up front to move into my own flat in a couple of months time. The money was there in my savings. Old me would have just thrown caution to the wind, spent the money and worried about it later. But new me, having learnt what I have learned this year, decided to make a different decision. A decision that involved not spending beyond my means and also leaving my savings be, rather than acting on a whim.

And this was the Universe testing me. Have I really learnt my lesson? Do I want to burn the bridge? And the answer was yes. Even though it would have been great fun and enjoyable, there will be other festivals I can attend. I am having lots of fun with my staycation in the Northern Beaches and I am indeed playing the long ball, in that it is more important for me to save and be able to move into my own place in a couple of months, than go to a festival on a whim and put my savings back a few months.

So in short, don’t be afraid to burn the bridges. Don’t be afraid to constantly be raising your vibrations. Don’t be afraid to take the red pill and follow the white rabbit.

Don’t be afraid to choose to be who you know you are.

Sending you love and light,

“ EFT (Tapping) offers great healing benefits ”

– Deepak Chopra –

I attended a really fantastic webinar on tapping this week and I wanted to share the key info and learnings that I got from it.

Tapping or EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) isn’t new to me, as I learnt it when studying for an NLP course that I did last year. However, I haven’t been using it that much since I learnt it. So the fact that I came across this webinar, was a reminder from the Universe that this is a valuable, useful and effective tool that I should be using more regularly. Since watching the webinar and having a refresher on the technique, I tap every day.

What is tapping?

It is a technique that you can use to clear energetic blockages that you might have in your body which are stopping you from achieving abundance in your life. You physically tap on the energy meridian points throughout your body, much like the techniques used for acupuncture. In short, it’s kind of like acupuncture, but without the needles.

Tapping merges multiple existing modalities, like affirmations and Neuro Linguistic Programming, into one holistic and effective mind-body technique.

What does it help with?

Tapping helps you to overcome your subconscious fears that may be sabotaging your financial abundance.

According to Carol Look, an Energy Therapist and Tapping Expert for the Tapping Project, here are 5 key fears that can hold us back from achieving financial abundance life.

1. Fear of Change

2. Fear of Success

3. Fear of Failure

4. Fear of Unworthiness

5. Fear of Losing Identity

Take a test

I recently did a quick 3 minute test that helps you uncover your hidden subconscious fears that could be holding you back from achieving wealth, fulfilment and career success.

It uncovered that my biggest fear is around fear of failure, which is what I have been focussing my tapping on over the last few days. As a result, new client leads for Thought Cloud have been popping up all over the place. It’s amazing.

There is far too much to teach you about Tapping in just one blog post, however, if you’re curious and want to learn more, and understand how to tap for yourself, just watch this fantastic 60 minute webinar. I can highly recommend it. Carol explains everything simply and easily and she takes you through how to tap yourself. It’s great.

Tapping is especially useful if you have trouble manifesting. While it is one thing to set an intention, meditate, do your daily gratitudes and generally live a life of open-minded and open-hearted peace. You will never be able to properly manifest if you have subconscious energetic blockages. Tapping helps you to clear these blockages quickly, easily and effortlessly.

Fears are embedded in your energetic blueprint, which means that even if you’re aware of them, you can’t get rid of them with just determination or positive thoughts. Instead you need to tackle the root of the problem and work on your subconscious and energetic level, which is what tapping is perfect for.

So, the question for you today is this, what subconscious fears are holding you back from achieving abundance and success in your life? Fear of change, fear of failure, fear of success, fear of unworthiness or fear of losing your identity? If you’re not sure, you can take this 3 minute test to find out, and once you have, you can watch this webinar to learn more about tapping and how to do tapping on yourself to clear these subconscious fears and energetically open yourself up to receiving more abundance in your life.

It’s working for me, so I know it can work for you.

Sending you lots of love, hugs and light.

“Belief
Makes things real
Makes things feel
Feel alright”

– Gavin DeGraw –

As promised, here is the fourth (and at the moment) final part of my Anything is possible blog post series. Yesterday in Part 3, I showed you how Darren and I have made friends with the cockatoos who live in the tree opposite our flat.

Today I will show you what happened when my beautiful friends Sasha came to visit us for the weekend from London. . . . .

After meeting him from the ferry and grabbing a green tea and having a chat on the beach in Manly we walked back to my flat. On the way we came across about 20 of the cockatoos all eating seeds from the trees on the ground close to our flat. He got super excited to see them and went over to take a photo and they flew away. I told him not to worry and that we would be able to feed them later, because they come to visit our balcony. I think he thought I was a little crazy, but I didn’t mind, because I knew the truth.

Sure enough a few hours after he had arrived and we had been drinking more tea in my living room and catching up, one cockatoo arrived on my balcony. We went outside with our container of organic almonds for them, and then an entire flock flew over to our balcony. There must have been about 14 birds with us and about another 7 sitting on the telephone wire next to our flat, eagerly watching.

Sasha got super excited (again) and happily fed them nuts. I told him that if he was calm, quiet and peaceful, and put a nut in his hand and outstretched his hand, one would sit on his arm. He did this immediately and sure enough, after a few minutes one came to sit on him. It was magical. Further proof that anything is possible if you desire it enough, if you believe, if you expect it to happen, if you visualise it, trust your imagination, you take the relevant action and you are congruent with the thing you desire to happen.

Here are the photos of what happened. . .

And here is some video footage too. He even managed to follow through on something Darren and I had set an intention to manifest. . . . he got to stroke one of them! So amazing. Considering they are wild birds.

And here is a video of a wonderful man called Kevin Richardson in South Africa who has made friends with lions and has been accepted into their pride as one of them.

So the final thought for this group of posts is. Anything is possible IF these 7 things occur

  1. You desire the thing to happen – without desire nothing happens.
  2. You believe the thing will happen – you need to connect with a deep feeling of knowing.
  3. You expect the thing to happen – you need to know that the thing you desire to happen WILL happen.
  4. You visualise the thing happening before it does
  5. You use your imagination – be creative with your thoughts
  6. You take action – you must follow through with what you say you’re going to do
  7. You are congruent with your desire – you actions and behaviours must be congruent with what you think and say. They must all go hand in hand.

So, as with the cockatoo example. I desired for us to feed them. I believed it would happen. I expected it to happen. I visualised it happening in my head before it happened. I used my imagination to create the idea of it happening. I took the relevant action when the bird appeared by taking nuts outside to the balcony and I was 100% congruent with my thoughts, words, actions and behaviour. And this people, is how you manifest.

So, the question today is, what you would like to manifest? Write your comments on this below, share your thoughts, goals, dreams and wishes and let us know how you get on with your manifesting.

Sending you lots of love, hugs and light,

“Anything is possible if you just believe.”

Walt Disney’s Pinocchio

Today is a very special day, as it is my 100th blog post. When I started my blog on 15th March earlier this year, I never thought I would be writing my 100th post so soon, but here it is! Thank you so much for reading.

Recently I watched the a fantastic TED talk by David Blaine about how he held his breath under water for 17 minutes. It truly is breathtaking. Yet another example of someone making the impossible possible.

In my blog post yesterday, Part 2 of Anything is possible, I talked about how Darren and I have been cultivating our relationship with the cockatoos that regularly come to visit our balcony for nuts.

Well, after I had told Darren that I had invited a Cocky to come and sit on my arm, he wanted to have the same experience too. And here’s what happened . . . .

IMG_2450

And the most amazing thing. These are wild birds. Wild birds, who we have tamed by giving them love, kindness and food. Birds who trust us. Birds who know we only want to be their friends. Birds that are a true reflection of us as human beings. The moment we trusted that we wouldn’t be frightened of them, they weren’t frightened of us.

And this is what happens in life. The minute that you decide to show loving kindness and trust in others, it will be shown and reflected right back to you.

So, the question is, how can you show loving kindness to other human beings or other animals? And what would you like to manifest in return. We have been blessed with the most beautiful relationship with these birds, who we consider our friends. Wild birds that we initially thought it would be impossible to become close to. Further proof, that anything is possible if you put your mind to it and desire it enough.

Tune in tomorrow for Part 4 of Anything is Possible, when a friend of mine comes to visit, and is introduced to our beautiful friends. . . . .

Sending you lots of love, hugs and light,

“Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve.”

– Napoleon Hill –

At the moment I am studying the Silva Method, which I am absolutely loving, so wanted to share that with you. It’s a programme that not only helps you to better meditate, but also to have a positive control over your mind and be able to manifest anything you desire. Helping you to make the seemingly impossible, possible. It is one of the most powerful and enjoyable trainings I have done so far in my life and I cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone wanting to raise their consciousness.

Plus there is a fantastic centering meditation exercise that you can download for free from their website, and there is a great app which includes this meditation and others that you can also download for free. This has been created by the lovely people at MindValley.

So, a continuation of the story from yesterday and some more examples of the power of manifesting.

My sister, Nicola and her husband John came to visit Darren and I a couple of weeks ago in Manly, Sydney and we all went up to the Blue Mountains for the weekend. On the first day that we arrived the weather was terrible. It was raining, cold, wet and windy. Did it stop us from going out and enjoying the Blue Mountains? Heck no. Did we decide that before we left, the weather would clear up, so that they could get some beautiful photos of the Blue Mountains? Yes we did. Did that happen? Yes it did. Now some people could say, oh, that’s just a coincidence. But, there are no coincidences. Everything happens for a reason and quite deliberately. And, knowing what I know about the power of intention and manifesting. I am certain, that collectively, we created for the sun to shine, and the clouds to clear so they could take some beautiful photos of the Three Sisters.

IMG_2439

What was especially magical, was that as the weather cleared, there was the most beautiful rainbow that appeared, as if projected through the clouds at the base of the Three Sisters. And you can see this in the image at the top of the blog post today.

At the time, I joked that it almost looked like a super hero calling for someone who can make magic happen. Kind of like how when people need Batman, they project a bat into the sky. This time it was a rainbow being projected through the clouds. Which also reminded me of the logo for my business, Thought Cloud.

Yesterday, I also mentioned that I’d tell you about the intention Darren and I set a few weeks ago with the cockatoos who visit our balcony regularly from the nearby trees.

A few months ago, not long after we moved in, we started to feed the Cocky’s with some left over organic nuts that I had. They loved them, and each week, more Cocky’s would find out and would come to visit. First of all there was one (the original Cocky), then he’d bring his friends, a couple more each week.

At one point we had 7 visitors, a few weeks later 11, a few weeks later 14. More and more.  They were becoming our friends, our pets in a sense, but pets that were free to roam and come and go as they please.

A month or so ago I set the intention to have one fly on to my arm and eat from my hand. A pretty brave intention considering that they are quite big birds, and wild too. How do you train a wild bird to come and sit on your arm?

Well, the answer is, I decided. I also decided that any nervousness from the bird, was just a reflection of my nervousness. And on the day that I decided to invite Cocky on to my arm, I put a leather glove on my hand, just in case he pecked my finger by mistake, instead of the nut (this happens from time to time). And invited Cocky on to my arm. It took a little while. He walked up and down the railing on our balcony, and then flew on to my arm and ate the nut out of my hand. It was such a fantastic feeling knowing that a wild bird felt comfortable enough to sit on my arm.

More importantly, it proved that I could manifest something so fantastic.

So, the question for today is, what would you like to set the intention to achieve in life. It could be something big or small? Because, whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve. Anything is possible.

Tune in tomorrow to learn what happened next when Darren and I set other intentions around making an even better friendship with the Cocky’s.

Sending you lots of love, hugs and light,

How to manifest

2f7a477f3432a03daf7726eddb181150

“Everything you can imagine is real.”

– Pablo Picasso –

So I have been reading a lot of books, doing a lot of learning and reflecting and raising my level of consciousness over the last few months. I’ve also been educating myself in the way of The Law of Attraction, understanding the Power of the Universe, how our thoughts create our reality, that anything is possible and that we have the ability to create literally anything we truly desire.

So, how do you take all of this learning and apply it to your life in order to be able to manifest experiences that you would LOVE to have? Well, I have created a list of things that I believe (if followed correctly) mean that we can manifest anything we love.

The only limitation is how big you wish to dream and how creative and active your imagination is!

The important thing I find, before starting the process, is to start small and work up to bigger things. So for example, on Sunday I set an intention for Darren’s best friend Leanne and her boyfriend Adam to come over for dinner. Darren told me it was unlikely that they’d be free at such short notice, but I knew that I would love to see them both, share a delicious roast dinner together and catch up, so I decided that it would happen. And it did.

So, here are my 15 steps to manifesting.

1. Decide that you would LOVE to experience something. Importantly this must be something that you would LOVE. It cannot be something you want or need, because then your desire is coming from a place of ego.

2. Set the intention and ask the Universe, and be as specific as you can about the experience. Who will be involved, where will it take place and when.

3. Take immediate action to show the Universe that you would truly love to have this experience. E.g. Darren sent a text to Leanne straight away, and then I also gave her a call a little while later and left a message. The more action you take (without trying to control the situation), the more the Universe knows that you desire the experience you have set the intention for.

4. Take regular daily action relating to the intention you have set if it is something slightly bigger. For example, if you have set an intention to get a new job, or have a $1m business, the amount of action and the duration of time that you’ll need to take regular action is going to be greater than desiring someone to come over for dinner. The bigger the experience, the greater the action and the longer the duration of time you need to take it.

5. Write your daily gratitudes. This is one thing that I have found to be very important in the realm of manifesting. The Universe will only give you more of what you would love, if it knows that you are appreciative and grateful for everything that you have NOW. I have been writing gratitudes every morning when I wake up for the last 7 days and I have already seen a massive transformation in my power to manifest. The Universe wants to reward you for being grateful.

6. Be open to receiving. This is also another key part of manifesting. It is one thing to set an intention, but if you aren’t open to everything and everyone that the Universe sends your way, you won’t be able to manifest. Furthermore, the things and people who the Universe sends to you may be (on the surface) completely unrelated to what you are wanting to manifest. The important thing is to be open to receiving and trust that everything happens for a reason. All you need to do is receive and the Universe will continue to give you more of what you truly desire.

7. Be present. In order to notice the things and people who the Universe is sending to you, you need to be as present as you can, living in the moment. If you are stuck in your head in the past or the future, you won’t be aware or conscious of what the Universe is sending to you.

8. Be grateful in every moment that the Universe gives you something you have wished for. Don’t get complacent. Every time that you notice that the Universe has given you something you have asked for say Thank You and follow it with More Please. So you are letting it know you’re open to receive more.

9. Do good every day. The Universe loves to reward people who are paying things forward. Even if it’s something small like opening a door for someone, baking a cake for a neighbour, buying flowers for someone who is poorly. The Universe will reward every good deed you do, no matter how big or small.

10. Do what you love every day. This is where it’s very important for you to have a LOVE LIST. The Universe wants to reward people who are doing at least one thing they love every day. The more you are filling your life with the things you love, the Universe will give you more of the experiences you would love to have.

11. Believe that the experience will happen. The Universe can’t help people who don’t believe. You must believe with every ounce of your being, in your head and in your heart that what you truly desire to happen, will happen. If there is any ounce of doubt in you, you won’t be able to manifest. You need to visualise yourself experiencing what you wish you experience, in the exact place, with the exact people. The more thought and energy you put into this belief, the easier it is for the Universe to give you that experience.

12. Trust the Universe is there to help you. Anyone that is mistrusting of the Universe, others, themselves, won’t be open to receiving, won’t be rewarded and won’t be able to manifest. Trust is a very important component of manifesting.

13. Let go of your intention. Do not get attached to it any way shape or form. If you are attached to it, there is expectation and the Universe is much less likely to make your wish come true. If you are attached it becomes a want or a need from your ego. If you are detached, it is something that you would love, but that doesn’t define you or your happiness.

14. Go with the flow. The Universe loves it when we go with the flow. If we are flexible in our thoughts, feelings and behaviour, it makes it much easier for the Universe to help us experience things we’d love to experience. Very importantly, don’t try to control things. If you try to control what you’re trying to manifest, it will be very hard for the Universe to help you.

15. Enjoy every moment. It is very important when manifesting to live in the present. If you are in the past or the future, you are not present to the things and people who the Universe is sending you in order to help you manifest. If you’re not sure what this means, read my post on how to be present.

And most importantly, when you are wanting to manifest, the experience must be something that you would love to experience, include people you’d love to share the experience with and in a place you would love to be.

I also watched a great movie recently called Ruby Sparks that takes the idea of manifesting to a very literal level. A great film that I can highly recommend. It’s from the Directors of Little Miss Sunshine, and it features Steve Coogan, for any Alan Partridge fans out there.

Sending you lots of love, hugs and light,

“There’s nothing you can do that can’t be done
Nothing you can sing that can’t be sung
Nothing you can say but you can learn how to play the game
It’s easy”

– The Beatles, All You Need Is Love –

So crazy, ever since watching The Secret yesterday and writing about it in my post, it has completely and utterly reshaped the way that I see the world and how I understand my reality.

The fact that like attracts like, the fact that the more positive things we fill our heads and bodies with and wish for, the more we will attract into our lives. And that The Beatles were right, so often in their lyrics and that the love you take really is equal to the love you make.

Furthermore, I am now starting to understand things on a much deeper and profound level than I have before, especially with regards to the Power of Intention and how to manifest.

A simple example of this is today, when I was willing two books to arrive that I have been waiting for, for a couple of days. When I went to the post box to check for them, I opened the box to see that it was empty. However in my mind and in my heart, I willed them to have arrived. Seeing that they had clearly not, I accepted that perhaps my manifesting powers weren’t working today.

However, 30 minutes later and while I was having a chat with a friend, someone from my building knocked on my door and handed me a package that had been incorrectly delivered to them. I knew instantly that they were my books.

Some people would say that is coincidence and luck, I say it is the Power of the Universe and Manifestation. And if I can manifest something this small and simple, it opens the doors of possibility to things much greater and more exciting!

So, just as yesterday, I challenge you to manifest something into your life. No matter how big or small. Just decide on something that you would really like to happen. Think it with every thought in your head, feel it in every part of your body, will it to happen, believe it will happen and that you deserve it to happen, be grateful for all that you have, fill your head and body with good vibes and take necessary action to manifest whatever it is that you would like to happen, and watch the events unfold. And most importantly, do this from a place of love.

Life is a game, all you need to do is learn how to play. It’s easy.

You can create your own destiny

Careful

“What you focus on with thought and feeling is what you attract into your experience, whether or not its something you want.”

– Rhonda Byrne, The Secret

I watched The Secret today. I bought the book a year ago, and for some reason haven’t got around to reading it, but picked it up the other day, and decided to watch the film first.

It is an incredibly powerful film, all about The Law of Attraction.

According to Wikipedia, ‘The Law of Attraction is the name given to the belief that “like attracts like” and that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts, one can bring about positive or negative results. This belief is based upon the idea that people and their thoughts are both made from pure energy, and the belief that like energy attracts like energy.’

This also compliments the post that I wrote just the other day, ‘What we think, we become‘.

The central theme for the book and the film is the importance of filling your head, your thoughts, your body and your feelings with positivity, and being clear about what you desire to have in life, because like attracts like.

The concept of bringing The Law of Attraction into your life is based on a simple three-step process you can follow, which is:

1. Ask – Decide what you really want. Sit down and write it on a piece of paper. Write it in the present tense and be clear and specific.

2. Believe – You must believe that you have received it already. You must know that what you want is yours the moment you ask. You must have complete and utter faith and that you deserve it.

3. Receive – All you have to do to receive is feel good. When you are feeling good you are on the frequency of receiving. You are on the frequency of all good things coming to you, and you will receive what you have asked for.

And I can speak from complete and utterly honest experience when I say that if you follow these 3 simple steps (and I have been doing this subconsciously for quite some time), you will be able to manifest the most amazing things into your life.

By asking, believing and receiving, not only did I manifest sponsorship and a visa in order to stay in Australia, but I manifested my beautiful boyfriend, and most recently a wonderful new flat that we have both just moved into.

Now some sceptics out there may think this is all a little woo woo and far-fetched, and that is perfectly fine, it will just mean that you won’t be able to manifest, because you’ll be missing step 2 and most probably step 3 as well.

I would say to anyone who is wanting to manifest anything in their life, be it good health, wealth, love or even a new job, all you need to do is start with getting absolutely crystal clear about what it is that you want in life.

Then you must believe that you can have it, and that you deserve it. Believe that it is possible with every ounce of your being, physically and energetically will it to happen.

Close your eyes and visualise every day already having what you want and feeling the feelings. Focus on what you’re grateful for already and enjoy those things. Focus on all of the good things in your life and fill your head with good thoughts and your body with good feelings. Do things that you love and that make you feel happy. Surround yourself with positive people. And then release everything that you desire to The Universe and trust that it will work out how to manifest it.

According to W. Clement Stone ‘Whatever the mind of man can conceive, it can achieve.’ and its true. All we need to do is think about the things we desire in life and believe that we can have them, trust that we can and act upon these thoughts and feelings by taking action to prove to our body that they are possible.

If you wish to have a new car, go and test drive one, if you want to move into a dream house, go and view it or look at a photo of it every day. The list goes on . . .

So if you’re keen to test The Law of Attraction out for yourself, set yourself a goal, however big or small. Decide when you would like to have achieved it by. Get really clear and specific about what that thing is that you would like. Think good thoughts about it. Fill your body with good feelings. Be grateful for everything that you have in your life, by listing at least 3 gratitudes every day. Visualise that you already have the thing you desire, every day. Trust and believe that you already have it. Do this as often as you can. Focus on and fill your life with the things that you love. Be ready and open to receive whatever The Universe sends to you (even if they are things seemingly unrelated to your goal) and watch what happens . . . I promise you, you’ll be amazed.

When I focussed all of my energy, attention, love and passion on getting sponsorship for my company in order to be able to sponsor myself, over the 5 months that it took me to do everything I needed to do in order to be able to put my application in, at every single step of the way, The Universe sent me wonderful and amazing things and especially people to help me. Luckily I was trusting, humble and open enough at every step of the way to receive these gifts, which meant that in the end I was able to achieve something, that (to our knowledge) no one else in history has achieved.

So, the question is, what would you like to manifest. The only limitation is how big you can dream . . . .
